Mondays at 10 p.m. beginning
March 20 and Sundays at 7 p.m. beginning March 26 on Western Reserve PBS
A PLACE TO CALL HOME follows the lives of the Blighs, a wealthy and complicated Australian pastoralist family, in Inverness, New South Wales. Since its launch on Western Reserve PBS in 2015, this sweeping story of secrets, lies and manipulation has captured the attention of drama enthusiasts. In A PLACE TO CALL HOME, the obvious is never obvious, and family dynamics are ever unpredictable.
Season 4 focuses on two contrasting social issues that send the characters into turmoil. The first is the conservative wave of fear generated by the “Reds under the beds” scare triggered by The Petrov Affair, a Cold War spy incident in Australia in April 1954. The second, the wave of liberal change that opened up new social and moral choices.
